Delivery
Where do you deliver?
Everywhere in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. GCC delivery is coming with a later drop — join the list and we will tell you first.
How long does it take?
Orders are dispatched from Riyadh. Riyadh and Jeddah: 1–2 working days. Everywhere else in the Kingdom: 2–4 working days. You get a tracking link by WhatsApp and email the moment it leaves us.
How much is delivery?
SAR 25 flat. Free on orders over SAR 500.
Drop 01 is on pre-order — when will it ship?
Pre-orders ship in the order they were placed as each piece lands. We will confirm your ship week when we confirm your order, and again the day it leaves.
Returns & exchanges
What is your returns policy?
14 days from delivery, for any reason. Unworn, unwashed, tags on. We arrange and pay for the pickup. Full detail, including your statutory seven-day right, is on the returns page.
Are exchanges free?
Yes. Size and colour exchanges are free, including the pickup and the redelivery. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of the piece reaching us.
Can I return something bought with Tabby or Tamara?
Yes. Once we receive the return we cancel or adjust the instalment plan with them directly; you will see it in your Tabby / Tamara app.
Payments
How can I pay?
mada, Apple Pay, Visa and Mastercard, or in four instalments with Tabby or Tamara. All prices are in SAR, and the price you see is the price you pay — see the terms.
Is it safe?
Card details never touch our servers — payment is handled by a licensed Saudi payment gateway. We see only that you have paid.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
Not for Drop 01. Pre-orders need to be paid to be held, and every one of the eighteen pieces is made in a small run.
The clothes
Where are ORSA pieces made?
Drop 01 is made in small runs by partner factories we work with directly. Fabric mill and factory are named on each piece's care label. If a piece is not made well enough for us to name who made it, we do not make it.
Will you restock sold-out sizes?
Usually, yes — the whole point of a small run is to make more of what people actually wear. Join the list on any product page and we will tell you when it is back.
How should I wash linen?
Cold, gentle, and hang or lie flat to dry. Iron warm while slightly damp if you must. There is a longer note in the journal.
Do you have a store?
Not yet. Riyadh first, when the time is right. Until then we are online, and we are happy to talk sizes over WhatsApp before you order.
